Until now, the future chip of the company has been indicated as SM8150but it's just an internal identification name and it does not match the name with which it will be launched on the market.

What is certain is that it would not be the first time that Qualcomm changes its name to its line of processorswhich previously consisted of S1, S2, S3 and S4 and in 2013, the series was changed to 200, 400, 600, 700 and 800. For now, the official name of the new processor is unknown, but it is more likely that it continues with the current numbering. it could be called Snapdragon 855.
