Judge José Cristóbal Reyes Sánchez yesterday told deputies of the Political Subcommittee of the Legislative Assembly that he wants to be a magistrate of the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ) and If he is elected, he promises not to divulge information on investigations conducted by the Probity Section.

In his assessment of the work of the judiciary, he referred to "positive" and "negative" aspects. The judge described as "negative" the fact that certain information or investigations are revealed; at their discretion, "they must be done in a very discreet and reserved manner so as not to violate principles and guarantees such as the presumption of innocence, the right to honor or the image of any official ".
