Cellular models have failed the most, according to a study

At one time, the phones failed either by a screen break, or by a connection problem, or simply by the operating system. According to a study conducted by the consulting firm Blancco some teams have had more problems than others worldwide.

This is the study entitled "State of repair and safety of mobile devices". (State of the mobile telephony, device repair and security), which, among other figures, has a ranking with the cellular brands that may suffer the most failures.

The list is based on consumer reports, in the last four months of 2017. According to the Blancco study, the one that produced the most errors is Samsung (34%), followed by Xiaomi (13%) and Motorola (9%). Meanwhile, other popular brands, such as Lenovo (6%) and Huawei (4%), also appear ranked.

Regarding the list of mobile phones with Android operating system more breakdowns, the Xiaomi Redmi 4 topped with a 9% failure rate, followed by the Moto G (5S) Plus (6%), Lenovo K8 Note (5%), Hmd Global Nokia 6 (4 %) and Samsung Galaxy S7 (3%).

All is not Android. The brand of "manzanita" is not exempt from some problems. In the case of iOS the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6S are the ones that fail the most, with 26% and 14% according to the consultant Blancco

The study also specifies the disadvantages reported by the users surveyed. The connectivity (bluetooth, Wi-Fi) is surmounted by iOS, while the performance leads to Android . Only the helmet is repeated in the ranking, the differences are remarkable, as shown in the graph.
