»Chamba Juvenil discusses the parameters of his law

The referendum began on July 18 in Bolívar to define the constitutional law of Chamba Juvenil.

"Friday and Saturday we held consultations in the municipalities, benefiting from the Chamba Juvenil plan and other young people," said César Velasco, coordinator of the program in the state of Bolívar.

He pointed out that this week they plan to start a discussion with the youth sectors in which Afro-descendants, universities, sexdiversity, cooperatives, among others, are included to define the parameters. of Juvenile Law Chamba.

He pointed out that President Nicolás Maduro was able to create the law and approve it, but decided to bring it to the people's referendum.

Work Tables

Velasco pointed out that working tables are being developed to hear the proposals.

In the first place, there is the issue of study, training and investment of work. This includes integral, technical and productive study.

In the second table, entrepreneurship and domestic production were discussed, in order to "return to the field".

In addition, the liberating and productive culture was raised, which includes organizing and participating to transcend oil and migrate to another economic culture.

Finally, the theme of comprehensive care focused on sports and recreation was discussed.

Caesar Velasco said that he felt sad when he heard the approach of the young people. He argued that they were seeking protection and defense.

He pointed out that four proposals drew his attention, which motivated the law to be advanced quickly.

"Young people want professional integration at the end of the university". He reiterated that companies should offer opportunities.

He pointed out that many of them do not feel protected in relation to comprehensive care.

"Young people want to be a family, enjoy the right to good housing and health."

He stated the importance of productive entrepreneurship in Guayana and said that all support is provided.

He argued that several young people design light bulbs, urns, electronic cards and agriculture.
