Several citizens reported a blackout at Maiquetía airport on Thursday night. Citizens have reported in social networks the failure of electricity supply.
"Maiquetía International Airport (the main one in Venezuela) in the dark, without electric service," commented journalist Federico Black.
Up to now, there has been no official statement from the airport authority or the authorities
During the last six months, there have been power outages. The workers of Maiquetía have assured that the situation allows to commit irregular facts in the place.
