The Third Court in Judicial Circuit Control of the State of Zulia has decreed judicial deprivation of liberty as a precaution against Armando José Mendoza Daza and Jennifer Janetdis Quintero Sulbarán for the alleged commission of crimes of intentional, planned diversion and sanctioned in the article. 54 of the Anti-Corruption Act; and conspiracy to commit a crime punishable under Article 37 of the Organic Law against Organized Crime and the Financing of Terrorism.

In addition, the third court in charge of the judicial oversight functions of the State of Zulia declared the arrest warrant against Daniela Esther Aguilera Pocaterra in his decision and ordered the blocking and Preventive immobilization of his bank accounts.

Finally, the headquarters of the Maracaibo sub-delegation of the Scientific, Criminal and Penal Investigation Corps (Cicpc) in the state of Zulia has been designated as a prison site.
On June 12, National Commissioner Douglas Rico, head of the Cicpc, announced that information from the Maracaibo sub-delegation had arrested two people who had been illegally admitted to the bank accounts of the health secretariat of the Ministry of Health.
