In the Netherlands, a new project initiated by the mayor of Eindhoven (south) will facilitate the creation of a real estate complex consisting of five houses built with the help of 3D printers , one of the first innovations of its kind in the world.

About one hundred tenants have already expressed their interest. The monthly rent will be between 900 and 1200 euros, which corresponds to the average rental prices in the Netherlands for the areas they will have.
The complex will consist of five houses of different sizes, whose construction will be financed by private investors. The first, with three bedrooms, would be ready by June 2019.
Each piece requires between six months and one year of work. The entire project will be completed in five years.
One of the main advantages of 3D printing is that it allows one to imagine a very free style.

But the initiative is also motivated by the problem of scarcity growing number of craftsmen in Holland.
