Osmel Sousa, former president of the Miss Venezuela organization and better known as "Tsar of Beauty", said Wednesday that he had participated in the inspection of the typical costume of Sthefany Gutierrez, Miss Venezuela 2017
"I've inspected stone by stone," said Tsar of Beauty on Instagram.
The typical costume of Miss Venezuela 2017 comes from "Guaichia", protector of the goddess of nature. Sousa pointed out that he had designed the costume together with Voyage. The costume was handcrafted with more than 140,000 Swarovski crystals.
