I lived a Taylor Swift concert in New York and everything is "much more American" than I could imagine | Music

If summer is for something, it is traveling, disconnecting and doing what you have always wanted. In my case, going to a Taylor Swift concert was one of those things. Also, taking advantage of my trip to New York, I was able to see the artist very near this great city.

Dream accomplished twice: see one of my favorite artists in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. His Reputation Stadium World Tour made a triple stop at Metlife Stadium in New Jersey, about half an hour from New York. I chose the first of three concerts, a date in which Charli XCX and Camila Cabello were guest artists and the beginning of a huge show

As I am Expected, the concert was an authentic past. The show that Taylor has set up for this tour does not disappoint with three stages, two air transport, pyrotechnics, confetti, water and a repertoire that goes from end to end. Come on, he has everything.

However, what struck me the most in a show of these dimensions, with about 80,000 spectators, was the deployment at all levels that revolves around the Concert

# 1 EXCLUSIVE BUS OFFERS

For example, the number of buses that depart from Manhattan. Every ten or fifteen minutes there was a bus directly to the stadium that was full of people eager to see Tay. Also, two blocks from Times Square, the train station indicated at your entrance where you had to take the bus to avoid getting lost.

# 2 A FAMILY CONCERT, A THEMATIC PARTY

Another thing that I find interesting is the unfolding family that is made to attend this type of event. Next to the stadium, families set up their barbecues before the show began (around 6 pm). In addition, Tay's most common public, girls between 10 and 20 years old, were disguised as an artist in their various video clips : as a dancer Shake It Out , for example.

The best thing to do is that their respective mothers, to follow the line, put singer t-shirts and even crowns or other objects that identify with the singer. Come on, that the concert looked like a themed party

# 3 THE HOT DOG HAS NEVER FAILED, NOR THE MERCHANDISING

Also, as with the barbeque they do not have to do it. did not have enough, inside the speaker there was a person in the audience without his hot dog, his burger, his fries and his soda. T could also miss the small bag with the object of merchandising acquired : a poster, a T-shirt, a bag or something else.

# 4 PREPARE THE BEARER, IT'S NEW YORK

For all of this, we must keep in mind that the concert ticket, the cheapest, costs 150 euros. If you add water, a shirt and something to eat … T e you put something over 200 euros. That's if you do not spend a lot, so I do not want to imagine how much it can cost a family with two kids to go to a concert like this.

Even so, any fan of Taylor is worth spending all that money to see his idol shine. But yes, the price differences between a concert in a big stadium in New York or a big city like Madrid are huge.

# 5 CONTROLS AND MORE CONTROLS

In fact, something else I 've been surprised is the long security checks that you have to to undergo before you settle. Oh! Another surprising thing is the steep slope of the stadium. Even if you are in the last row, it is very difficult to lose sight of the singer in question.

In short, an experience to tell because even if sometimes we think that all the "americanadas" live only in the movies,
