The crimes of drug trafficking and psychotropic substances misappropriation and use of fraudulent routes, legitimization of capital, association to commit crimes and falsification of aircraft acronyms have been taxed.

The five Colombians and two Venezuelans arrested after the seizure of the Cessna, who plagiarized the initials of a private plane registered on flights from Aruba, Curaçao and Merida, came from from Mexico. They stopped in Falcón to continue their route to Colombia, where they would transport the drugs to a country of Central America.
