Less than a month ago, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, again increased the minimum integral wage to 5,196,000 bolivars. The same thing has already been devalued, thanks to the hyperinflation experienced by Venezuela and that the government has not been instructed to slow down.

Venezuelan Editorial A Day

The basic basket was placed in June at Bs. 722.66, that is to say that a Venezuelan who only receives a minimum wage will not be able to buy him since he needs at least 55 salaries to be able to feed his family for a month only. Not to mention studies, clothes, shoes, health, tickets, among other expenses.

Also, Monday, the Documentation and Workers Analysis Center (CENDAS) reported that a citizen who lives and works in Venezuela has to spend every day for his food Bs. 5,471,942. This shows once again that the current minimum wage does not even survive one day, since the national president has adjusted it to Bs. 1956 000.

Given this problem, that every day the national government has worsened, he has not taken any action on the matter, he has instead chosen to give money through the Patria Booklet to make against the so-called "economic war". It is important to note that not all Venezuelans have such a map.
