Word is one of the desktop applications par excellence, and although it has hard competitors like LibreOffice, it remains an alternative to take into account, thanks to its free versions and to its paid suites Office 365 and Office 2019. We Today you bring 184 keyboard shortcuts for Microsoft Word on Windows, allowing you to increase the speed at which you perform many of your actions.
Obviously, it's not necessary for you to memorize them all, but I'm sure there will be some who can help you with this task that you perform several times and that always takes a few clicks. And that's precisely it, to be able to do things faster by pressing a simple key combination instead of having to search for the option and click on it.
Function keys
We start with the function keys, which are the ones that go from F1 to F12. You will find below a series of keyboard shortcuts in which you will combine the key Shift o uppercase with the function keys, those who go from F1 to F12. With them, you can copy texts, switch between upper and lower case letters or display the context menu, among other things.
