Minister of the Interior, Justice and Peace, Néstor Reverol, said Monday that the former director of the Bolivian National Intelligence Service (Sebin), Gustavo González López, was not in custody .

"The management and disclosure of numbers, rather than an exercise, is a starting point for an effective design, evaluation and improvement of security policies," said Reverol.
