At least nine people were injured and a motorcycle was burned as a result of a shooting that took place between Saturday evening and Sunday morning in the Tamigalpa district of Tamanes, without the know the causes.
It occurred when a group of armed civilians attacked others, which provoked the intervention of the National Police, said representatives of the civic movements of this place.

The names of the wounded are Marisol García Espinoza, 49, wounded in the lumbar region and the arm law; Santos Francisco Sequeira Gill, 56, shot and wounded; Fabio Gadea, 26 years old; Dayana Valeska Martínez García, 20, shot in the right thigh, causing haemorrhage; Jairo Dayán Hernández Rivas, 22, injured several times because he crashed while he wanted to flee on his motorcycle
Álvaro Antonio López Suárez , 20, wounded in the right heel; Heysel Fabiola Tórrez, 24, wounded in the right leg; Rodolfo Sandoval, 18, and policeman Oliver Paniagua García, who had a nick in the head and a minor injury to the left leg.
They were all taken to the Asunción de Juigalpa School Hospital, The Red Cross. The inhabitants of the Tamanes district also helped the wounded.
It was reportedly reported that 11 people had been arrested by Chontales police.
The population, frightened by the shooting, called the police station of the city; a patrol arrived to take care of the case and it was at that moment that the non-commissioned officer Oliver Paniagua García was injured.
