Our people do not deserve that

[ad_1]

The hardest of all these crises and situations that, exceptionally daily, are experienced in our country, is the indolence of government officials and all levels of government, even more, voices criticisms or the moral forces of society. It's a silence that our people do not deserve.

The people, every citizen, embrace a hope of life; I would like a decent place to live, grow, have education, health, to build a family, to study, to work, to be happy, to love, to have fun, to build

When l & # 3939; individual objective is exceeded, and that it aims the collective, the higher idea, the fate of all society, the country, destiny as a human species; when the consciousness of social duty is acquired, that they deprive the principles of solidarity, fraternity, altruism, detachment, work, all others; then, peoples and societies, reach stellar moments in their history, manage to mobilize towards supreme objectives, in an explosion of creativity, work, strength, knowledge; and they are making giant strides towards building a new order, a higher state, a revolution.

This is not easy. To make a revolution is not easy. The forces of oppression, of the system to be conquered, are powerful, install, by very diverse and effective means, in the collective consciousness. Thus, a revolution requires men and extraordinary situations, which go to the break, against the current, with a morality different from the dominant ones, leaders who have the wisdom to interpret the aspirations of their people and to go to their service, all difficulty, weakness, fear, selfishness. Our history is rich in popular, revolutionary leaders: Bolívar, Sugar, Zamora, Fabricio, Chávez

We are a people that had, at least, three great historical moments of revolutionary agitation, which affected the life of the people. political, social and political order. economic situation of the country: the war of independence, the federal revolution and the Bolivarian revolution. The rest has been the history of dispossession, domination, transnational corporations, violence, dependence and the decline of our development opportunities.

Ours was a story of struggle, heroism and transformative daring. Frustrations, betrayals and truncated dreams "… Tearing away the darkness for a moment, shining on the abyss and getting lost in the void", thought the Father of the Nation bitterly in his last moments of life

seen for reduce their hope and possibilities, which is a miracle when they meet again, believe, mobilize. It happens, as our great Pablo Neruda said, in his immortal poems, "… every hundred years when people wake up". Our noble people do not deserve treason, nor do they truncate their dreams.

We had to live and fight in one of the most beautiful episodes of our contemporary history: the advent and development of the Bolivarian Revolution. The privilege and honor of working closely with Commander Chávez correspond to us

For those of us who have come from the time of the rebellion, the detachment and the l & # 39; heroism of young guerrillas: their example, their epic; from the heroism of the martyrs, from our own vanguard desert; to insist on the revolutionary attempt, to preach what seemed so distant, almost impossible, to be protagonists of a revolution, was an honor and a reason to live.

For us, the advent of Commander Chávez was a miracle, an extraordinary fact; It was a call from the homeland, to which we all attended, we joined, as in the march, as and when the peasant revolutions of a hundred years ago, where the fighters came from each city Without many questions, without many theories, without selfish calculations, without precautions, we all come together to make a revolution.

Some of us are getting ready for the moment, perhaps without knowing it, but we have grown up working and embracing the principles and behaviors, the ethics, of a society that did not exist, but that we fought all our lives so that one day it becomes a reality.

Beside the Commander, we swore allegiance to our country, to our principles and to honor what he expected of us: to make a revolution, serve the people and rebuild, on the ashes and remains of the Fourth Republic, a possible country of justice, well-being, grandeur, sovereignty, popular and revolutionary power. A country that our people deserved, as we did.

We have been witnesses and protagonists of the most heroic and beautiful popular battles, with Commander Chávez, in all these episodes, our people grew up as a giant. , the Venezuelan affirmative; solidarity, commitment, struggle, study, life, encounter, love of the country, etc.

We live these moments of the revolution, together with the popular forces, mobilized and deployed all the power of the creative powers of the people, participating for the first time in more than a century, in the construction of their own destiny, empowering them for their future. It was a leap to a new collective consciousness.

People mobilized all over the country, practiced solidarity, cared for the excluded, forgotten of the land, reached education, health, culture, identity, dignity , belonging; challenging the bureaucratic structures of the state that do not give up their spaces and privileges, strengthening the economic and productive capacities of the state, a new, Republic V.

Our revolution has reached a level of definitions fundamental to follow the path: a Bolivarian revolution, anti-imperialist, socialist. Internationalism was practiced, helping the poorest, most needy, and it became a daily and courageous exercise of our sovereignty in all areas.

In the field of oil workers, all, without distinction or division, participated in the effort to conquer our sovereignty, and to respond to the Commander's call, to undertake tasks , never imagined, in the fight against poverty and exclusion; also, to build a new ethics, serving the people, with humility, and overcoming the prejudices of the "corporate culture" inherited from the past, and thus open the doors of the most powerful, international and important enterprise of the country, to the people. Managers, workers and professionals have gone to great lengths to fulfill our responsibilities with the company; and, as citizens, patriots. They reached a higher level of consciousness, better human beings.

This was the moment of the culmination of our Bolivarian revolution, which brought peace and prosperity with social justice, as Che said when "the extraordinary becomes daily. then we are in revolution. "It was the moment of the Red Rojita PDVSA, the Patria Plan, the Bolivarian Military Doctrine, Participatory Democracy and Protagónica. After the mobilized country, once settled the most pressing problems of the 39, social and economic order, we were ready to begin the construction of socialism, the material basis that would maintain the new consciousness reached.

The sustained effort to overcome the model would come capitalist, dependent annuitant, without denying our reality and the strength of the oil country, would come the struggle for industrialization, agriculture, technology, a labor-based economy

We always accompany Commander Chávez, we did it in any circumstance, at any risk, without calculations, or groups of any kind.We did all we had to do to deepen our revolution, with honesty, legitimacy, with the strength of e state and people.Serving the people and the Venezuelan state.

From the flagship of our country, PDVSA, we have fought all battles with the commander for the conquest of full oil, economic, and political sovereignty. We have definitely defeated the transnational forces, which has hindered our development possibilities, subordinating them to our laws and decisions, through joint ventures; We have maintained our business under optimal operating conditions, and we have been able to capture the maximum oil revenue, to engage in its distribution to the people, it is for his spiritual enlargement, material, social.

In the midst of attacks, accusations, media campaigns, we advance to the vanguard of the revolution, breaking the hegemony of capital in our sector, building together with the people, spaces and tools for the new society, the new economy, socialism

what happened, I feel at least at peace with the conscience, having honored the word promised to the commander and the workers. The duty of a revolutionary is to make the revolution, wherever it is.

All this extraordinary impulse, this revolutionary hurricane has been truncated. Basically, because Comandante Chávez died, he died in the homeland, in the middle of the fighting, listening, like Bolívar, the rumor, the singing of the slums.

We already know what happened next, in a few years, this effort was abandoned, this impulse of the commander, his legacy. We see how, in an incredibly cruel and irresponsible way, everything that has been done and conquered with so much effort and sacrifice has been destroyed; his work was eroded and discredited, the appellant "corrupted" or "ineffective", disqualifying and downplaying his epic, as a "hundred dollar revolution a barrel". In most cases, they were dismantled and abandoned: to the Missions, food, PDVSA, the People's Power, the state enterprises. The political capital of Chavismo was wasted, its ethics and conscience destroyed. We have acted in a way that Our people do not deserve.

From power, an ethic of selfishness, lies, individualism, detachment from work, knowledge was installed; an authoritarian, political, violent, intolerant "pranato"; an irresponsible, corrupt, subdued, improvised exercise of government; an immense manipulation of the popular feeling, with the figure of the Chavez Comandante, they have appropriate to destroy it, to remove it from the heart of the people; the worst sense of politics has been practiced and established, politics with a small "p": return to the people, opportunistic, secret pacts, calculations, lies, manipulations, censorship, abuse of state power, " Judiciation "of politics as an instrument of political persecution, moral lynching, repression of ideas, fear. The people do not deserve it.

Today, the living conditions of the Venezuelan people lead to a collective calamity, with endless individual tragedies: hunger, despair, hyperinflation, scarcity, destruction of work, bachaqueros, corruption, mega devaluation, destruction of the Bolivar , PDVSA, delivery of Arc Mining, hospital chaos, food shortage, medicines, power outages, lack of water, fuel, transportation, crime, insecurity, violence and curfews in the streets, abandoned children, other exploited, those who have left the country, those who live in camps or in the streets of neighboring countries and beyond, the world. This is not a revolution, the people have been seen to impose a brutal neoliberal packageazo, expression of the most backward, dependent and parasitic capitalism. A situation that our people do not deserve.

To this, the government responds with lies, excuses, threats and blackmail: "sabotage", "corruption", "conspiracy", "economic war", imprisonment of workers, union leaders, managers and workers oil, censorship, imprisonment of political leaders, military, exiles. No one assumes his responsibilities in the government, nor the president, nor the vice-presidents, nor the ministers, nor the heads of enterprises, very little face. Our people do not deserve it, nor do they have silent leaders for convenience, calculation, fear, cowardice, or mere self-interest.

Neither of them deserves new corrupt elites, dollar traffickers, loyalties and strange commitments, which are behind public companies doing all kinds of business; it does not deserve the media directors who censure themselves, however important they are; neither the constitutionalists who raise their hands; neither former human rights defenders who are silent today, nor those who persecute and violate the rights of citizens; neither intellectuals, journalists, critics, politicians, who dare to say anything that disturbs power; nor did TV hosts become a grimace of what they were, fearing a "top" call.

Our people also deserve, never deserved, an extremist, intolerant, violent and fascist opposition that uses its young people as cannon fodder to lead them to an absurd death, to rise to death, then negotiate with their executioners; gorillas in general, which indicate how to place guayas to decapitate; fascist crowds burning people, lynching and executing; politicians who demand the intervention of foreign forces to dirty and violate the country. They think only of vengeance, violence, their interests and their personal aspirations.

A parasitic bourgeoisie, who lives only from the state, the state's dollars, profoundly anti-national elites, also does not deserve they risk nothing in the country they n & # 39; Do not invest, their wealth comes from the wild exploitation of the people, the speculation, the financial system, the appropriation of the oil rent, to save them later in Panama, Colombia, New York, Miami, Madrid. They have never accepted President Chávez, who despises the humble, the poor. That they have no national sense, greatness. They have always supported every blow, destabilizing, for their intolerance, their hatred.

Finally, in the midst of this deep economic, political, social and moral crisis, the people, the citizen, the man or the woman of foot, daily suffering a situation that does not deserve.

There is our country, exuberant in resources and possibilities, that of the most beautiful landscapes; our heroic homeland, that of Simon Bolivar, whose people crossed a continent in freedom; to retreat by leaps and bounds in all orders and indicators, in a situation of weakness, isolation and prostration, which will make it much more difficult for us to recover and to insert ourselves into a world that we all like or not, be hegemonic

globalized, an unfair and unrelenting capitalist system that will devastate us even more than us, tearing away our natural resources and wealth, as it is already the case in the oil belt of the United States. Orinoco, on our Caribbean facade and in the Mining Arc; take our young professionals, as it happens today with hundreds of thousands of people fleeing the country, destroying our development opportunities.

This structural crisis submerges our Venezuela in a situation of weakness and precariousness, which exposes us to any external aggression, a bloody scenario or one that violates our sovereignty and our territorial integrity, as it is currently happening with the exploitation oil that "Exxon Mobil" advance incredibly, in the waters that are in the claim area with Guyana, and that completely blocks the exit of our Atlantic frontage.

Our people do not deserve this, what happens. Our people, the people who left on April 13 and patiently resisted and defeated the ravages of fascism, the coup d'état during all these years, does not deserve that our prosperity has been changed by a box Clap, with imported dubious nutritional quality foods you have to sell your conscience for a card, through which to receive hunger bonuses; that his work is worthless, not his salary; that the coin bearing the name of the Father of the Nation has no value; that you need bags full of worthless cash, to buy only a daily product, or that you can not even buy anything.

He does not deserve that the mega devaluation expropriated the savings of the workers, employees, professionals; it does not deserve that our missions have been dismantled, bureaucratized, captured, only used and forced to participate, applaud without passion for interminable and more and more mobilizations or events of propaganda.

PDVSA workers, the heroes of the defeat of oil sabotage, the thousands of young professionals who came to the call of the revolution to recover the business, do not deserve to be treated as criminals, offended, mistreated as in an enemy territory, discredited, ashamed in public, in front of the people, speaking in a low voice in the corridors of La Campiña, because they are presumed guilty in advance; that they feel sorry for their origin, that the work of so many years was destroyed by a group of irresponsible opportunists, who shared the company to deliver it. They do not deserve to be placed "flotvén", they are kept without work, but by scoring a card, to finally send them enjoy their holidays obviously long, (before, in the climax of the creative work, no one ever wanted to take them), to send them back later, without worrying that they are losing their retirement, or paying them properly for their corresponding benefits.

The soldiers of April 13 do not deserve it, those who did not honor the plotters, those who hoisted the flags, saluting the people of the white palace; they do not deserve our worthy officers, see, what happens, after all that they risked; The commanders and officers of 4F or 27 November, now imprisoned, persecuted or simply, left out, do not deserve it.

The young people who today come out as best as they can, even on foot, from the country, these children of the country, those of the Bolivarian Schools, those of the Orchestra System, those of the Universities who have studied, grew up in the Revolution, and today they must leave everything, abandon their dreams and their homeland, go to mistreat or work with them. a lot of dignity, in a land that is not his, but in a work that was not his dream, nor his aspiration.

Professionals, engineers, doctors, dentists, architects, musicians do not deserve it, so many of those who had to leave the country, start again. The children of the immigrants do not deserve it, they accentuated every day their Venezuelan feeling, that our country received so many years ago, that they came, hopefully, to establish forever and in the future; and now, they have to come back, repeating the story of their parents or grandparents, back to their home country, looking among the pictures of that distant family who may be receiving them.

All who leave thousands of countries leave their affections, aspirations, small businesses, homes; they must also suffer the latest abuse to "apostillate their lives", the insults of "pranato", and the ridiculous work that our boys must do to survive. Today, they leave the country of young people of any political position, of any social level.

This is not just for the parent of someone who has lost his life in irrational violence, in the processes of destabilization, intolerance and kidnapping; it is not just for the victims of Puente Llaguno, nor of the opposition, killed by snipers; nor for the Guajiro children who were burned to death in a car carrying petrol during oil sabotage; nor for the workers who have defeated sabotage and risked everything, to be today exiled, persecuted, imprisoned, offended; it is not fair to the 43 who died during "the exit", nor the more than 130 who died during the political violence in 2016; it is not fair that the young man was savagely murdered when he was burned alive, neither for the young man slaughtered by the guaya, nor for the woman killed by an object thrown into a building, nor for the young man killed at close range by a soldiers and guards killed by snipers, or wounded at the passing of a bomb. This is not fair to the burned living prisoners of Carabobo or their parents.

This is not fair either for couples who have decided to join, despite their political differences. This is not just for PSUV members, who have made fun of their good faith of a group of "pink and pastel colors," accessories. This is not fair to anyone who sees his name stained "ex profeso" by those who do it to stay in power. This is not fair for the student who had to leave, who, just because he is Venezuelan, refuses him an entry visa, admission to the university and even the possibility of opening an account that allows him to continue his studies

. just for the patient of a chronic, or high-risk, who does not get his meds and feels or really scared to die, it's not for sick, elderly or desperate parents who are going through any the city with anguish not to take medication, nor solve an emergency.

What's going on does not deserve it. I warned, in my writings from a year ago, that we are making a leap into the void, I have denounced what is happening and what will continue to happen if we do not nothing. I said it, and I say it with conviction, that the way out of this deep crisis is in the hands of Chavismo. This crisis in the end is a crisis of capitalism, where Maduro was, unexpectedly, his best ally, his perfect instrument. They dismantle the revolution, the revolutionary and socialist possibility, Chavismo and his forces, acting on behalf of the Commander Chávez, as if he had given him the power or permission to destroy his work.

We must do something before fascism or other forced escape. We must act within the framework of the Constitution, but attached to the deeply revolutionary meaning of the message, the example and the legacy of Commander Chávez.

Chavismo probably has one of its last historic opportunities at the IV PSUV Congress July 28th Here we will know whether we will be up to historical circumstances; if our party, the PSUV, will be worthy of this city and its enormous responsibility and historical burden; if our delegates can make their voices heard and do something to give the Revolution another opportunity; if the leaders understand that the madurismo has failed and will bring Chavismo and the whole country into the abyss.

None of us deserve what is happening, neither the ex-ministers, nor the compañeros, nor our families, our children, nor the ones who worked so hard and practically all risky, in a romantic exercise and revolutionary of loyalty and commitment to the People and the Revolution.

We do not deserve, those of Chávez, to be missed from the country, exiled, persecuted, imprisoned, silenced, Without being able to return to the Homeland, to be among the people, to contribute in any way whatsoever . While the most connoted agents of the coup d 'etat, the right and responsible for the episodes of destabilization that the country has suffered, speak, declare, roam Venezuela, the permanent "dialogue" with the leaders of the madurismo, have their intact political rights; while it is to negotiate through the back door with "Exxon Mobil", the business is done with economic groups in the Mining Arc, in the oil belt; While this is happening, we, those of Chavez, are being persecuted, threatened and vilified, we are treated like that has not been done with the worst enemies of the Homeland.

Finally, it seems certain that, as the right says: devour their children, "only that has long ceased to be a revolution, it must be said that those who eschew principles, those who who can not defend or protect their people or fulfill the entrusted mission, are afraid to see themselves in the mirror, fear men and women who remind them of a position and an oath to which they failed, for "tactics", " pragmatic, "the" convenient ", sometimes simply, to have power or any small interest.

Not only happens here, it happens everywhere, no matter how much we have done together or worked for it Reciprocal aid between countries. They call it "Realpolityk." Chávez and Fidel would say extraordinarily human and consistent men with whom I had the privilege of working and being a witness outstanding the number of things that they have do and have worked for the happiness of our peoples.

Finally, I believe that Comandante Chávez and They do not deserve this thing that happens, nor that their history is damaged by what do those who do harm on their behalf. I firmly believe in the people, in which all was valid, and that in the end, the "cock marañón" of the "asltimas días de Pérez Jiménez", after the stunning and cold storm waters of the Egoism, will return the "Abel of America", to be in the heart of the People. With Chávez always, Venceremos!
