The Plenary Assembly of the Supreme Court of Justice in Exile accepted, on July 19 at 10 am, the preliminary hearing against Nicolás Maduro, following the prosecution filed by Luisa Ortega, Attorney General of the Republic in Exile, 28 June.
The TSJ in exile declared Wednesday the absolute lack of the Presidency of the Republic. The agency said that the current "power vacuum" must be filled in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
