The Directorate of Investigation of Trafficking in Persons and Smuggling of Migrants reported that the rescue was carried out in two operations executed It is located in the district of La Victoria, a populous and central area of the city , and in the district of San Martín de Porres, north of Lima.
In both operations, developed after the denunciation of one of the victims who had managed to escape, the police captured the Venezuelans Juan Manuel Martínez Miara, 18, and Keyli Suilin Castro Figueroa, 24; as well as American Manolo Cabrera, 23, who will be prosecuted for the offense of trafficking in persons for the purpose of sexual exploitation and / or exploitation through labor.
Police also seized three cell phones, two phone SIM cards, a laptop, about 10 grams of marijuana, as well as passages and other documents that were part of the investigation.
