The semifinals of the 2018 Russia World Cup have already their first stars: France and Belgium, who eliminated Uruguay and Brazil respectively, Tuesday.
The France team won with a 2-0 score in the first hour against the Uruguayan team at the Nizhny Novgorod stadium, with goals from Raphal Varane and Antoine Griezmann.
Belgium, for its part, withdrew from the tournament the five-time world champion in Kazan. Fernandinho scored an own goal, Kevyn De Bruyne extended the score and Renato Augusto reduced his playing time to 15 minutes.
This Saturday, the other semi-finalists will be defined. Sweden will face England at 10:00 am (Venezuela time) at the Cosmos Arena and Russia will play Croatia at 14:00 at the Sochi Olympics.
France will face the Red Devils on Tuesday, July 10 at 14:00 (Venezuelan time), at the Krestovski stadium. The other semi-final will be played on Wednesday 11 in Luzhnikí
