On the way, they were intercepted by a commission of FAES officials who moved the couple to Caricuao, where there were three other young men.
Later, Rivas Mujica and the three foreigners were hooded to take them to the old road to Macarao, where they were shot. The police alleged that it was a confrontation. The corpses were taken to the morgue. For the teenager, the police let her bounce on a track. Rivas Mujica was the father of two children
Prieto said that his grandson was involved in a crime case against public property and against people. The lawyer indicated that the location of the truck was unknown. He informed that he will go to the prosecutor's office to request an investigation into this event.
