The electoral chamber of Supreme Court of Justice ordered the authorities of the University of Carabobo, carry out all necessary and relevant actions to ensure the effective taking of the post and the immediate exercise of the functions of the citizen Jessica Bello Barreto, who was elected and proclaimed by the Student Electoral Commission legally constituted on 12 November 2018, at the post of President of the Federation of University Centers from this house of studies.

In addition, the constitutional action in amparo against the citizen Luis Eduardo León was declared admissible. Student Electoral Commission, as a collegiate body, in the electoral process of the representatives of the Federation of University Centers celebrated on November 14, 2018.

Phrase number 102, with a presentation by the President of the Electoral Room and the First Vice-President of the Supreme Court, Mrs. Indira Alfonzo Izaguirre, also declared that the arbitrary and illegitimate acts perpetrated by the citizen Luis Eduardo León, in the student electoral process of the University of Carabobo celebrated on November 14, 2018, by which proceeded to the proclamation of the citizen Marlon Diaz as president of the Federation of University Centers before the academic authorities of this same house of study, in usurpation of the attributions of the members of the Electoral Commission legally constituted on November 12, 2018.

The above-mentioned chamber also declared that it was competent know and decide on the action in constitutional protection brought by the citizen Jessica Bello Barreto, identified by the alleged violation of the right to active and passive suffrage, and the right of participation enshrined in articles 62, 63 and 70 of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

Similarly, the judgment admits the action of constitutional protection and intervention as third parties of the citizens Álvaro Londoño, Ronny Carreño and Leonard Esqueda, identified, in their capacity as president, secretary and member of the Commission electoral students legally constituted on 12 December. November 2018.

In view of the foregoing, it is also ordered to send a certified copy of this decision to the Attorney General of the Republic, in order to initiate an investigation into the alleged crimes committed as part of the process. election of student representatives of the Federation of University Centers held on November 14, 2018 at the University of Carabobo, as well as to inform the Office of the Attorney General of this decision, the Ministry of People's Power for University Teaching , science and technology, the National Council of Universities and the academic authorities of the University of Carabobo.
