Twitter users on Tuesday questioned the visit of Maikel Moreno, president of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague.
Citizens wondered how Moreno, who is sanctioned by more than 42 countries, will attend a symposium at the ICC.

Things that scandalize: see how the ex-convict, Maikel Moreno, celebrated #LaHaya the 20 years the Rome Statute; to be an accomplice to the Maduro genocide in Venezuela. How do they invite it if it has been sanctioned by international bodies?
