November 28, 2018 – Remigio Ceballos, Head of Strategic Command of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (Ceofanb), reported that a UH helicopter identified with the Colombian insignia had violated Venezuela's airspace by flying over a part of its territory in the state of Zulia

The plane was captured by Venezuelan troops during Operation Soberania Patria Relámpago Tres, where it was possible to seize more than 15 tons of drugs, including high-purity cocaine, Ceballos said.

Frank Pérez González, Brigadier General, certified what Ceballos had previously said and said that the Colombian helicopter had observed them in the shadows with the intention of intimidating the commission.

Finally, Ceballos said all the labs and materials had been cremated. In the same way, he urged the authorities of the neighboring country to put order, because all the illicit countries, which include the drug trafficking, enter the Venezuelan territory.
