They asked the various organizations of civil society and political parties to demand the return of sovereign power to the people by using all the mechanisms provided by the Constitution.
The Conference also invited the Armed Forces to remain faithful to their oath before God and the Fatherland to defend the Constitution and democracy.
They urged the military body not to be carried away by a political and ideological bias
