Hulu has released a new trailer for his next relaunch of the detective series Veronica Mars. This is the first preview of the fourth season of the series in eight episodes, which will debut July 26.

The series was created in 2004, after high school student Veronica (Kristen Bell) as a private investigator, solving the mystery of her best friend's death and a fatal road accident. Later, she moves to the university where she tracks down a rapist and a murderer. CW canceled the series after the end of the third season, but the creators created a Kickstarter to partly finance a feature film a few years later, while creator Rob Thomas co-wrote two novels about the character.

Now, Veronica is back on television, with much of the original cast of the show. Hulu revealed a first glance at the show with a short teaser last month, highlighting Veronica's spirit and release date. This new trailer shows more expectations: an old Veronica who works as a private investigator in her home town of Neptune, California. She is studying a wave of high-stakes crimes and a bombardment that seems designed to "destroy Neptune as a spring destination." Patton Oswalt and J.K. Simmons appear as the crime wave intensifies to account for shootings, assaults and shootings.

Hulu said he has acquired the rights to broadcast the first three seasons of the series and the film this summer, likely leaving enough time for viewers to watch the entire show before the start of the new season in July.
