Denver Broncos head coach Vic Fangio criticized the Baltimore Ravens, namely head coach John Harbaugh, for running the ball with seconds left on the clock to equal an NFL record.
A lively Fangio spoke to reporters about the last game of the game on Monday, calling the decision to throw the ball instead of taking a knee “bulls —“.

The Ravens were just three yards away from extending their streak from 100 rushing yards to 43, tying the Pittsburgh Steelers‘ Record in 1977, when Lamar Jackson ran the ball five yards with just three seconds on the clock.

John Harbaugh defended the game after the game, saying, “It’s one of those things that makes sense.”

After seeing Fangio’s comments on Monday, Harbaugh looked surprised.
“I thought we were on good terms,” he said. “We’ve known each other for a long time. I promise I won’t think about that insult for a second.”
He continued, “What makes sense to us might not be meaningful to them. Their concerns are certainly not ours. We weren’t expecting to get the ball back. We decided that if we get the ball back , we were going to try to get the yards. “

Harbaugh cast his shadow, noting that the reason the Ravens even got the ball was because the Broncos were throwing into the end zone late in the game.

“Throw the ball into the end zone with 10 seconds left – I don’t know if there’s a 16-point touchdown that’s going to be possible right there,” he said.
