Beverly Hills, 90210 is reunited with his first love: Fox.

TVLine has learned that the near-restart / restart of the 90210 landed at Fox, the network commanding a series of six episodes featuring Jason Priestley, Jennie Garth, Ian Ziering, Gabrielle Carteris, Brian Austin Green and Tori Spelling. His colleagues Luke Perry and Shannen Doherty are not officially named, although Spelling recently expressed confidence that Perry would appear as a guest star.

Like the first movie launched by TVLine in January, the new incarnation – which will be launched this summer and, like the CW the comeback, simply titled 90210 – is an hour – long comedy drama in which actors play stronger versions of themselves inspired by their real life and their relationships.

According to the official logline, "After being separated since the original series, 19 years ago, Jason, Jennie, Ian, Gabrielle, Brian and Tori get together when one of them suggests Beverly Hills, 90210 restart and running. But doing so can give an even more delicious soap than the restart itself. What will happen when the first loves, the old love stories, the friends and the enemies come together, while this iconic distribution – that the whole world has watched grow together – tries to continue where it was arrested?

Mike Chessler and Chris Alberghini, both of whom worked on the first 90210 revival (on the CW) are on board for writing and EP. The pair also created So NoTORIousSpelling also presented a fairly fictional sitcom that aired during a season on VH1 in 2006.
