Next week sees the arrival of Crash Bandicoot 4: it’s time on the switch. In preparation for this exciting third-party release, YouTuber Cycu1 has come up with an “early graphical comparison” video in 1080p, comparing the cut scenes from the Nintendo version to the PlayStation 4 Pro version.

At a glance, it’s honestly hard to tell which is which, but there are admittedly a number of differences. When that game arrives on March 12, Nintendo fans will be able to experience the game at 720p in the handheld mode and 1080p on the docking station – with 30 FPS in both modes.

Here’s what Toys for Bob Creative producer Lou Studdert had to say when asked about the hardest part of getting the game up and running on Switch, in a chat with our sister site Push. Square:

“I mean it’s the same challenge as bringing it to any console, honestly. There is so much content in the game. There are so many levels, there are so many ways to play. different, there are all these different things to make sure it works. So for our engineers, our artists, our QA team, just make sure it’s a seamless transition, and that it is. works just as well as on the consoles we originally launched with.
