LAUDERHILL, Florida – Brawlers in a South Florida Wawa bared more than knuckles – with a man’s pants falling to his knees.

The man who records the action and provides the colorful commentary that made it go viral tells Local 10 News he was doing this to try and shed light on the situation so the men would stop fighting.

They do not have.

None of the men were hurt, and we learned that the fight around 2 a.m. Monday started when one of the men opened the door for another – and the other man didn’t like it.

At the end of Tuesday afternoon, video of the altercation posted on Twitter by Wawa client Darien Rollins has over 3.6 million views on the social media platform.

The all-out brawl took place near the front register of a Wawa in Lauderhill.

You can see a store worker trying to smash the men before he too falls to the ground.

Rollins, the man who recorded the brawl on his cell phone, told Local 10 News that he had just entered the store after recording his late-night podcast.

He also provided the commentary that helped make the video so popular on social media.

Among Rollins’ comments: “Take him to the sky. Chicken box on top. Pull up your pants, fam.

Rollins also tries to play the role of mediator.

“It’s 2 am. Drop it. That’s all you have to do, ”he says.

But the fight continued, with the men falling to the ground again.

“I was trying to broadcast it at the time because it wasn’t really a fight,” Rollins said in an interview with Local 10 on Tuesday. “They were kind of hugging each other because his pants were down and it was embarrassing, so I was like you could do it now.”

When Lauderhill Police arrived, one of the men was seen running through the front door. It was then that Rollins learned why the men went into battle.

“He had held the door for the other guy and the other guy didn’t like it,” Rollins said. “He didn’t feel it. He told her never to hold the door for me. I do not need help.

Lauderhill Police said they responded to the altercation and the pair declined to press charges.

As for Wawa, they just asked that the men don’t come back.
