SAN FRANCISCO (AP) – A video released by TMZ on Friday shows Giants President and CEO Larry Baer in physical altercation with his wife in a San Francisco park.
Pam, Baer's wife, was sitting on a chair when the video shows that he reached out to grab a cell phone in his right hand and that she spilled on the floor on the chair shouting "Oh my God!" and kick the leg.
The witnesses saw the test in the public square. Baer, holding the phone, says "Stop Pam, stop" and go alone.
"I am really sorry for the pain I have caused my wife, my children and the organization," Baer said in a statement released by the team. "It does not reflect the kind of person I aspire to be, but it's what has happened and I will do everything in my power to make sure I do not never again behave so inappropriately. "
Earlier Friday, the couple had issued a statement in which he had stated that he regretted having "a lively public debate on a family affair".
"We are deeply embarrassed by the situation and have solved the problem," said the couple.
