A new update arrives Warframe, free third person shooter the Saint of Altra This update includes a new Warframe, Gauss, which generates kinetic energy that fires during combat and deals damage to enemies. Gauss brings a series of game changes that will help set the stage for future major updates.

MACH RUSH: Crash in a hyper-sprint to run on the water, cross large surfaces faster, face your enemies and recharge your speedometer. The collision with solid objects generates a powerful shock wave.

KINETIC PLATING: Generates shielding that converts some of the absorbed kinetic damage into energy. Also protects Gauss from collapse or overthrow. The damage resistance is relative to the level of the battery.

THERMAL SUNDER: Siphon the kinetic energy of the area, charging the battery and inflicting cold status to nearby enemies. Press and hold to reverse the process, empty the battery and inflict a heat status to nearby enemies.

RED LINE: Push Gauss's battery past the red line, overload its abilities, and set fire rate, attack speed, reload speed, and overdrive case rate. Once past the red line, flashes of electric arc flash periodically from Gauss, exploding en masse when the ability is turned off.

PASSIVE: Never stop moving. Keeping Gauss moving generates an electric current that charges its speedometer, helping the shields to recharge up to 80% faster and reducing their reload time up to 80%.

With Gauss, players will have access to endless disruption mode on new planets, mission types, and factions. The disturbance mode was introduced in the previous update, The Concord Jovian. The following quest nodes will be affected, and a story will accompany the player's quest to disrupt the plans of Alad V, the notorious Corpus scientist.

  • Grineer Settlement – Mars, Olympus
  • Corpus Outpost – Neptune, Laomedeia
  • Grineer Galleon – Sedna, Kelpie (Grineer)
  • Grineer Galleon – Uranus, Ur (Infested)
  • Grineer Kuva Fortress – Kuva Fortress, Tamu
  • Lua – Lua, Apollo (Corpus)
