Raven Software rolled out a new Warzone update on July 21, fixing some major bugs affecting weapons, as well as upgrading the Dead Silence field.
One of the main solutions is to fix the broken 4x sight of the C58 assault rifle, which gave it a reduced recoil pattern, making it even more powerful than it already is as one. of the most popular ARs.
A fix for a highly mastered exploit is also included, allowing players to essentially have endless dead silence. Dead Silence is powerful enough already, so this was an important fix for developers to deploy effectively.
The C58 assault rifle was released in season 4.
A slightly surprising change is the temporary removal of the offensive chat option from the reports menu. Raven says this was changed only because of a bug that needs to be fixed.

This is only a minor update, so aside from these changes the patch notes include a bug fix for Sentry and “flavor text” on blueprints.
July 21 Warzone patch notes
- Removed the Report Offensive Chat button while we investigate a related crash.
- Fixed an issue with the C58 Royal & Kross 4x Optic where it incorrectly affected recoil.
- Fixed an issue that caused Dead Silence to remain active throughout the match if the player used it a few seconds before the end of the pre-match lobby
- Fixed an issue that prevented the Sentry Turret Killstreak map icon from moving when placed on the train
- Fixed an issue with flavor text on various planes.
