Warzone players want simple in-game functionality to avoid hackers

The Warzone community has been plagued with hackers for some time, but Call of Duty players believe adding a blocking feature to the game will help avoid encountering pirates.

Unfortunately, hacking is no stranger to the streets of Verdansk, as cheaters do all kinds of things like ruining games or using never-before-seen skins.

Despite all the complaints, the developers have made slow progress in eliminating these cheats.

As gamers wait patiently for Vanguard’s anti-cheat integration into Warzone, the community has come up with a feature to help address the hacking issue.

While there is no official anti-cheat, a good way for players to stay away from hackers is to block them. While this is not the most ideal way to clear streets, it is the easiest method available to players.

However, this Reddit post from ‘mugs_sgum’ suggests that Raven Software should add a block button in the game so players can immediately deal with running into a cheater.

Currently, people who want to block someone must exit the game they are in. After that, you need to go to the “Recent Players” tab, find the cheater, and then block it.

Adding this to the game will allow fans to not have to search recent players. Plus, you won’t need to remember their name.

A Redditor really liked the idea and said, “Especially since they don’t always update immediately and you have to wait 5 minutes for their name to load.” Players think this could be of great help as it may take a while to update this tab.

While Vanguard is about a month away with the integration coming soon, this could be one of the many changes coming to Warzone to prevent in-game piracy.
