For many Americans, this Thanksgiving was missing in the Friends Department because of the virus (you know that one). Lucky for us, our lifelong friend Monica Geller aka Courteney Cox took to Instagram on Thanksgiving and messaged all of her followers that ended with a little throwback on what Vulture recently called the best. friends All-time Thanksgiving episode. “Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Hope you have a great day. I feel so grateful, ”Cox says in a close-up Instagram video, before shifting gears. “And also – if I still have a fucking GIF of that turkey on my head dancing like a fucking jerk – I’m just going to crack it.” she said, leaning towards the camera with a menacing aura before moving on to the infamous GIF of friends where Monica dances with a full turkey on her head. “So anyway, since I’m the symbol of Thanksgiving, let’s go. Hope that makes you happy, ”Cox says, before recreating the iconic images in his kitchen, with what appears to be an honest turkey with God. You must love that 20 years later, Cox is still willing to put a whole turkey on his head (an incredible feat to be sure) and play with the best of them, just to put a smile on our face. We can’t wait to see what Cox says about it at friends HBO Max reunion that’s definitely going to take place in March.
