Watch Kelly Clarkson freak out after the last round of 4 chairs of “The Voice” season

At the end of this season’s blind auditions for “The Voice,” all of the coaches battled it out in a four-chair round.

Wedding singer Aaron Hines of San Antonio, Texas took the stage at the start of Tuesday’s episode.

As Hines performed Giveon’s “Heartbreak Anniversary”, two trainers John Legend and Kelly Clarkson were ahead to turn around, followed by new trainer Ariana Grande. Veteran coach Blake Shelton was the last to turn around.

After performing, Hines revealed to the coaches that he performed Legend’s romantic hit “All of You” at several weddings.

“I can’t tell you how many times I’ve sung ‘All of You’ at weddings,” Hines said with a laugh. The two then performed a few bars of the song, with harmony.

The legend looked confident as he stepped into Hines’ big coach pick, but in the end (spoiler alert!) He went for the original “American Idol,” Clarkson.

Clarkson shouted in celebration, clearly surprised at his choice.

“I love her voice so much,” she later explained in an interview clip. “I think it’s really intimate – her runs are so pretty and smooth.”

“I was so shocked that he chose me! she chuckled. “But he’s (from) San Antonio, Texas, what’s up.” (Clarkson is from the Fort Worth area.)

Tuesday night was the last of the blind audition episodes and all of the coaches officially filled their teams with candidates. When “The Voice” returns on NBC Monday at 8 p.m., the show will switch to battle rounds.

In these episodes, the coaches work with their teams and choose two singers to sing a song together in front of the audience. After playing, the coach must choose a singer to move on. The losing artist can be stolen by another coach – they each have one save and two steals – or they have to go home.

They will be joined by coach mentors: Camila Cabello (Legend), Jason Aldean (Clarkson), Kristin Chenoweth (Grande) and Dierks Bentley (Shelton).
