In a teaser with Saturday Night LiveCecily Strong and musical guest Halsey, impassive Kim, “Hello, I’m Kim Kardashian West, and I’m hosting SNL this week with Halsey. Cecily then said, “Oh my God, that crazy thought just occurred to me right now right now.” Should we start our own girl group? To which Halsey replies, “Absolutely not,” and Kim adds, “We already said no when you brought this backstage.”

In the second promo, Kim once again says, “Hi, my name is Kim Kardashian West and I’m hosting SNL this week with Halsey ”, and Cecily asks if she is“ nervous ”to which Kim responds,“ Why? I don’t need to write sketches, do I? Remember the lines? She then jokes, “Not everyone will look as good as me, will they?” And adds: “It’s so easy.”

While Kim is definitely super cool in promos, a source says People that she’s quite nervous, explaining, “She’s both nervous and thrilled. It’s a big deal for her. She takes the hosting gig very seriously. Apparently Kim was “chatting” with Kanye West about him SNL reception functions and ‘he gives him advice. She feels a lot of pressure. She wants to wow the public.
