Police released a disturbing video of two people in Charlotte, North Carolina, shooting multiple times during a June 17 celebration that left three people dead.
Shots were fired at a crowd of 400 people gathered for an impromptu street party in early June. In addition to the three killed, police said six others were injured. Police released the 63-second video on Friday seeking advice on identifying the shooters.
“The video is just shocking, incomprehensible,” Charlotte Police spokesman Rob Tufano said at a press conference. “You see the level of violence, it takes your breath away.”

One of the people in the video is seen firing dozens of rounds with an assault rifle. His cohort empties a handgun.
Police said they needed the public’s help to get to the bottom of the shooting.
“Our leads are exhausted in this area,” Lt. Bryan Crum said.

“We need to talk to the people you see in this video,” he said. “There are no outstanding charges against them at this point, we don’t even know if their shots hit anyone. What we do know is that they have information relevant to this investigation, and we need to talk to them. “
Ballistic evidence shows that more than 180 rounds were fired and that the bullets came from 10 weapons.
