Some things seem certain during this event. It is safe to think that Apple will introduce the iPhone 11 family with more rear cameras (two on the XR replacement, three on the XS / XS Max suite), an improved face recognition and perhaps, a charge bidirectional wireless. You will probably hear about release dates for iOS 13, iPadOS, watchOS 6, tvOS 13 and macOS Catalina.
Other objects are in the air, however. There could be an Apple Watch Series 5, but it is also possible that the company simply amends the Series 4 with options in ceramic and titanium. There is also a tracker of tile-like objects and the (less likely) possibility of noise-canceling AirPods and a cheaper HomePod. Apple could introduce new iPads and a 16-inch MacBook Pro, but it might as well keep them for a follow-up event in October. And of course, the release dates of the new Mac Pro as well as Apple TV + and Apple Arcade are still waiting. In other words, it can be either a punctual event or surprises, you just have to log in to find out.
