The series are constantly being renewed, but it is rare for us to see the information transmitted to their actors and their hard-working team.
Wednesday, NBC renewed Brooklyn Nine-Nine during a seventh season and the news was announced during a table read with the actors and the team of the series.
Needless to say, they were ecstatic.
Dirk Blocker, who plays detective Hitchcock in the series, has released a video of the cast including Terry Crews, Stephanie Beatriz and Andy Samberg.
It's the second season of Brooklyn Nine-Nine on NBC, where the network gave him a second life after his cancellation by Fox early 2018. So, we understand why the cast and the team of the series are so excited to come back.
"This is one of our great joys as a network to give Brooklyn Nine-Nine a second life, "Lisa Katz and Tracey Pakosta, co-presidents of NBC Entertainment's scripted programming, said in a statement.
"Congratulations to Dan Goor, Mike Schur, Luke Del Tredici and David Miner, as well as to our exceptional team and team who make the best of New York every week into one of the funniest."
The seventh season of Brooklyn Nine-Nine will be broadcast during NBC's 2019-2020 season.
