Apple's latest Powerbeats Pro wireless headphones launched pre-orders this week for $ 329.95 in Canada, for a May 10 launch at Apple stores.

These new wireless headsets are powered by the new H1 chip used in the second-generation AirPods, geared towards fitness and sports, with the "Hey Siri" always on.

While Apple's website does not indicate Powerbeats Pro's level of water resistance, the appraiser's guide sent to the media reveals that it is at IPX4, which means it can withstand splashing water. The next rating, IPX5, can withstand the jets of water from a 6.3 mm nozzle.

The Powerbeats Pro Reviewer's Guide (8 pages in total) indicates this fact on page 3, detailing the 'Design & Fit' of the wireless headset, in the 'Designed for Sport' sub-section.

"Sweat and water resistant design, meets Apple's quality standards and IPX4 water resistance rating certification," reads in the description. The Powerbeats Pro should have no problem withstanding perspiration and splashing of your workouts.
