We drive the Toyota Supra 2020. What do you want to know?

In terms of hype, the Toyota Supra 2020 is the car equivalent of Avengers: End of the game and the last season of Game of thrones, put together. After more than 20 years, one of the most popular sports cars of the generation is finally back – but today it is a BMW both automatic and curiously sporty. Can he deliver on all this hype? I am about to know it.

Next week, we are launching the new Supra in the media and, as a long-time resident of Jalopnik's staff, BMW's expert, de facto, I was perfectly qualified to try it. (In fact, I pulled the Boss card to ride on this one, because I never do anything fun again.)

Last year, we briefly piloted a pre-production prototype and left feeling impressed. Writer Neil Briscoe felt that it was a big competitor for the Porsche Cayman. But now is the time to try the real thing on the real American roads and at Summit Point Motorsports Park.

So before you go like this: what do you want to know about this?

I am extremely curious to see how the new BMW rear-wheel drive platform and the 335-horsepower turbo six-cylinder engine meet here. Will the car look like another BMW? Honestly, it's not a bad thing? Or will she have surprises that I did not think? The absence of manual gearbox will leave me want? Will I be left wondering what a 100% Toyota car would look like, or would it be exactly what it is?
