On Wednesday, President Trump issued a highly anticipated decree for a company that is one of the priorities of the US intelligence community: the Chinese telecommunications giant Huawei. It is unclear to what extent the order will be damaging to Huawei's global operations, but it prevents the company from extending its 5G network technology to the United States. The order comes as the United States is currently accusing Huawei of the theft of intellectual property, commercial espionage and conspiracy to violate the sanctions imposed on Iran.
