Wendy Williams leaves no stone unturned when it comes to telling her life story. During a conversation about Sirius XM’s Jess Cagle show, Williams revealed just how toxic her relationship with Hunter has become. “We were married for almost twenty-two years and have been together for twenty-five years. Williams then admits to knowing Hunter’s alleged mistress, Sharina Hudon, since the start of what she says was a fifteen-year affair. “I knew Kevin was a serial cheater,” Williams said. “The first time I found out was while I was pregnant with our bedridden son. I plotted to divorce Kevin and sacrificed a lot to get on the other side. Everything worked.
Williams further explained that because her son Kevin, who is now 20, grew up an only child, she stayed with Hunter to keep a strong family structure. Unfortunately, she says, Hunter was more determined to live in luxury than to be a father. “The more I got and he got, and we believed in each other, the more dumb he got,” she says. “He used his good credit to buy a property he chose to wine and dine on his extramarital affairs.”
Williams goes on to claim that Hudson was just one of many mistresses her ex-husband has divorced over the years. Hunter reportedly welcomed a baby girl with Hudson while still married to Williams, which prompted the TV host to file for divorce and never look back.
Williams and Hunter’s divorce was finalized in January 2020. At a press conference, Williams says she has no regrets about the tumultuous events in her life, including those involving her ex-husband and former manager. . “I love who I am, so I have no regrets. If anything, I’m extremely happy to still be relevant enough that I can just kick around behind double doors and say. ‘How are you?’ and still be young, fun, and pop culture relevant. “
