On Tuesday, the 54-year-old talk show host was spotted at a girls' night out in New York City with her new companion, Marc Tomblin, 27 years old. Williams did everything for the occasion, dressed in a warm pink coat with a matching little bag, big sunglasses and the big wedding ring of her ex-husband, Kevin Hunter, while Tomblin chose to keep him casual with dark jeans and a hoodie.
An eyewitness told ET that the pair went hand in hand at Nobu Fifty Seven in Midtown Manhattan at 10:20 pm. and were seated on the floor by the hostess. They sat at a table face-to-face discussing intimately, adds the witness.
According to the witness, they seemed happy and seemed to enjoy each other's company. They were sitting in front of everyone in the middle of the restaurant, near the sushi bar, the witness said. It was clear that they did not care who had seen them, says the eyewitness.

The evening begins after the couple who spent time together in Los Angeles this weekend. After their California getaway, Williams went on Instagram to share a photo of her holding a man's hand. Although the face of the man is out of the box, Williams seemed to refer to Tomblin in the commentary.
"Last night we had the most beautiful sunset at Sherman Oaks with special people.Thank you, California! You convinced me I'll be back for the hip hop festival in August!" Williams wrote with hashtags # 92.3 #OldEnoughToBeyYourMother #VerySexyMan #MyNewLife.
The time spent together by Williams and Tomblin comes amid revelations that his young man is a convicted felon. According to public information, Tomblin was convicted of conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon and break and enter, for which he served more than one year in prison.
"I'm 54 years old and I'm a woman. ** I know what I'm doing," Williams said. TMZ, revealing that his assistant and Tomblin himself told him about his criminal past.
