When recording Wednesday her talk show in the day (and less than a week after the divorce of her husband, Kevin Hunter), she shared juicy news with her studio audience and viewers at home.
"Invitations to social events do not stop flowing in my phone, they really do," she said as she sat in her velvet armchair. "I was busy with my stuff last night, I was reading my book, you know, you know that I like to read, and all of a sudden, my cell phone rings and it's DJ Boof, who asks me to have dinner. "
It was at that moment that she took a sip of solemn tea while the room was boiling. As fans know, DJ Boof is the in-house DJ of the series – who shook his head when the camera cut him off.
"And just then, I had a knock on the door – my foie gras and my ting were delivered," Williams continued. "So, I'm like Boof or food? Both, right? … So I prepared my meal while I said to Boof: 'I'll see you on the weekends, come on pick me up at the hour. "

But wait, there is more! Soon, the 54-year-old television personality received another call.
"It was Charlamagne [tha God]! "she proclaimed, referring to the Breakfast Club radio host. "Charlamagne wanted me to have dinner … So he says the night and he says the hour and I said:" I can not go, I'm going with Boof for dinner & So Charlamagne says: "Well, I know Boof, why do not we take both?"
"So I have a double date," she joked.
Williams' wedding with Hunter ended amid reports that his mistress gave birth to their child in recent weeks. The TV host also lives in a sober house, fueling rumors of relapse.
On Monday, she openly discussed her state of mind in the series amid endless headlines that revolved around her and the dissolution of her marriage.
"It's so crazy because now it's my business," said Williams, who shares with Hunter his son, Kevin Hunter Jr, 19 years old. "I'm leaving a sober house in a few days, you know, it'll be Wendy alone, I have to tell you that you know I'm struggling with addiction, alcoholism, and having a whole new life that I'm Planned for me and my son ".
"Believe me, when you're lying in a room without a TV or four gray walls all day and without a phone … and you think about your life, it's one of the best things, honestly, that could have happened to me , "she added. "Everyone has things in their life that they are embarrassed to share with the world, or they are afraid to share with the world, or they are not ready to share with the world." And addressing my sobriety, my addiction That's really helped me settle every part of my life. "
Then Tuesday, Hunter was fired from his role as executive producer in the series. And during the episode on Tuesday, Williams discussed the possibility of remarrying someday while he was in full talk with former model Christie Brinkley.
When Williams asked Brinkley, a divorced woman four times, if the wedding was still what she wanted, she replied, "No!" To which the host replied: "Me neither", before adding: "I mean, I do not know".
A few hours later, Williams was seen returning to the sober house where she lived after making a few apartment purchases in the vicinity of New York.
