Wendy Williams is uncomfortable with the fact that her ex-husband, Kevin Hunter, still working on the set of her show – so much, she decided to keep extra bodyguards on hand until it came out.
Production-related sources say to TMZ … Wendy has retained the services of 3 full-time security guards while she prepares and turns her daily talk show, on which Kevin is still executive producer, would not temporarily. We are told that the extra muscle is with her day-to-day.
We were told that Wendy initially hired a personal security team about a week before serving. with divorce papers because there had been a number of burstings between them leading to his filing. In at least one case, our sources say that things got so hot that Kevin had to be restrained.
As we told you at first … Wendy's unit was on the set when Kevin was served with papers. He did not lose it at that time, but for obvious reasons … We were told that Wendy was worried that something would happen.
While Kevin is still technically working on the show as an EP, our sources tell us will not be here for long. We are told that the parties are trying to reach an "agreement" that would allow it to withdraw.
Kevin – who comes would have spawned a baby with another woman – published this week a statement in which he states that he assumes full responsibility for his recent acts and that he is entering into a period of serious reflection about himself.
Wendy a little addressed his real life dramaon his show Monday, but did not mention Kevin by name.
