Rinse with money? Here's what $ 100 you'll get in game.

If you play Apex Legends and you have not shared any of your winnings yet, we avoid you looking for what you want by spending $ 100 on the Respawn Battle Royale shooter.

Because Apex Legends is a free application, microtransactions will inevitably be part of its ecosystem. For consumers who do not know how well mictrotransactions work in Apex Legends, do not worry: they are all 100% cosmetics, which means you can not have a benefit in the game if you break out of it. money.

You can actually see all the unlockable cosmetics if you go to the Legend and Armory tabs. There are more than 1900 items in total with 4 levels of rarity: common, rare, epic and legendary. Players will have unlocked a total of 45 boxes at the top once at level 100 and with 3 items per loot box, which means you'll have access to 135 free items.

There is duplicate protection and a legendary item guaranteed every 30 packs. You will therefore have at least one legendary article and 135 unique articles if you do not pay money. If you decide to spend money, you will buy Apex coins, the currency used in the game to buy the apex packs.

The Apex package includes 100 Apex coins, or 99 cents. However, if you buy a lot of Apex coins, like the $ 99.99 package, you will receive bonus coins. By breaking down each package, the $ 99.99 package brings you enough coins for 115 boxes, a cost per box of 87 cents.

The $ 59.99 package gives you 67 boxes at 90 cents per box, the $ 39.99 package gives you 43 boxes at 93 cents per box, the $ 19.99 package gives you 21 boxes at 95 cents per box and the $ 9.99 package gives you 10 standard boxes 99 cents per box. In my 115 boxes, I received 166 common objects, 138 rare items, 32 epic items and 9 legend items.

My 9 legendary items included 3 legendary skins, 3 weapon skins, 2 banners and 1 finisher movement. All this is subjective, but I was disappointed to see my legendary drops turn into a streamer; you must take into account that each legend you get may not be worth it.

Statistically, with a chance of 24.8% for an epic item and 7.4% for a legendary pack, I had to open 28.5 legendary Epics and 8.5 in 115 packs. Since I opened 32 epic and 9 legendary, I have actually done better than I was supposed to receive. There is a secret rarity called Heirloom that has a loss rate of about 1% per package or guaranteed after 500 open packages. The Heirloom set offers you an extremely rare voice line, a banner pose and a purely aesthetic melee weapon that can be seen if you run without weapons. At present, only Wraith has a Heirloom set, but we can probably expect one for each legend in the future.

Unfortunately, I did not have this exclusive decline, but I can fully see that it is a determining factor for players to buy hundreds of packs to try their luck. Overall, I have no problem with the microtransaction system of Apex Legends, because they are all aesthetic. Some may say that both Mirage and Caustic legends are paid, but I do not think that's worth it, because everyone can play for these two characters and all Legends are so well balanced.

However, I have a problem with the common statistics in the game that are in the loot pool: there are some statistics that I would like to display on my banner and link that to luck is unfortunate. I do not play Apex Legends because of the progress in unlocking cosmetics, but I play it because it's a real game explosion.
