Another week has passed, with a lot of Nintendo related news that intrigued us. There were our reviews for games like The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles and NEO: The World Ends With You, Streets of Rage 4 DLC has finally arrived on Switch, Monster Hunter Rise got awesome Okami themed DLC , and Nintendo says it absolutely hasn’t forgotten about Animal Crossing: New Horizons; yes, there were also new games for Switch Online. There were lighter moments as well, including attempts by a StreetPass fan to get hits in New York City, and some rather bizarre box artwork for Super Meat Boy.
There was a lot going on, so it’s time to relax and discuss our weekend game plans. A few mThat’s exactly what the Nintendo Life team members have done below, so feel free to read our entries and then join yours through our comments section. Enjoy!

Like, I suspect, many others, I’ll be spending a decent amount of time with The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles this week; I’ve finished the first chapter and it’s been fantastic so far. I still have a long way to go in Skyward Sword HD, so I’m going to try to dive into that, and I’m also going to be coming back into Monster Hunter Rise to get the Okami-themed content.
On other systems I’m going to try Ascension, if I find the time!

This week I played a loooooooot of The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles! I know I’ve reviewed it before, but I’m walking around business more leisurely now that I don’t have a deadline. Also, tons of Minecraft – just joined a friend’s server who is SO FANCY AND COOL that I have to build a house immediately to make sure I can stay there forever.

OBJECTION! Capcom, how am I supposed to play The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles when you fail to provide European audiences with a physical edition? I shake my head like the great Herlock Sholmes. At least Samurai Warriors 5, NEO: The World Ends With You, and the recent arrival of the physical edition of West of Dead: Path of the Crow will surely keep me more than occupied in front of the almighty Switch.
The game of the week is the extremely successful conversion of Infinite Drift, not only for providing all the arcade thrills of air racing, but for making me want a new Pilotwings entry at the bottom of the line.

I ditched Skyward Sword, guys … Look, I’m not proud of it, but I went on my holibobs this weekend, and I want to spend my time playing at familiar comforts. I rebooted Super Mario Sunshine (because it looks like the real sun has said goodbye for now!), And rebooted the wonderful Celeste.
When I get home, I’ll be starting The Ascent on the X series, and exploring the world with it too. Microsoft Flight Simulator. And no, I’m not at all bored that the first tech preview of Infinite halo started just like I left for my vacation ..!

I’ve made a tendency to beat all Switch Zelda games 100% (aside from the Hyrule Warriors games because I’m not crazy) which leaves Skyward Sword. I recently hit the credits, but I still have a few heart containers and a small handful of side quests before I can really call it complete. It was fun revisiting this one, I’ve always enjoyed some aspects of it but never had a game this enjoyable.
Zelda kept me from diving into Ace Attorney or Neo The World Ends With You, so I’m going to pick one up soon, probably starting with the latter … although with Flight Simulator and Halo Infinite Preview just hitting Xbox it’s okay. to be a hell of a juggling act. Too many games!

This weekend, I plan to play more of Blaster Master Zero 3. I loved the first two entries and especially appreciate the simplicity of their realization. Beyond that, I recently bought Creature in the Well at a sale and I’m really curious to see how it goes!
Otherwise, I recently started another part of Metroid: Samus Returns, and I’ll probably try to finish that this weekend as well. I know some didn’t like this entry as much because it was too linear, but I think MercurySteam did a great job with it and I can’t wait to see how they handle Metroid Dread.
As always, thanks for reading! Be sure to leave us a comment below with your game choices over the next few days …
