Taylor Swift has released his new album, Lover, August 23, 2019. The release of the album comes a few months after Scooter Braun acquired the first six albums of Swift. After Swift expressed his disappointment that Braun bought his masters, several celebrities arrested Braun on his social networks. Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus, Nicki Minaj, Lana Del Ray, Rihanna, Adele, Little Mix, Alessia Cara, Britney Spears, Halsey, Camila Cabello, Katy Perry, Iggy Azalea, Harry Styles and Joe Jonas are not followed by Braun. Several other artists have expressed their support for Swift.

"For those who ask, I left the scooter Braun a long time ago … I'm saddened by this news, but I'm not shocked. He is an evil person whose only concern is his wealth and feeding his disgusting ego. I think he's homophobic and I know from his own mouth that he's not a fan of Swift, " Todrick Hall wrote on Twitter.

Halsey published a long message On Twitter, she said, "Taylor Swift is one of the main reasons I've always insisted on writing my own music … And it does not matter to me: no matter how powerful or successful a woman is in this life you are always likely to make you feel powerless through spite. That says a lot about the way we have to go in the music industry … I'm with it.

Several celebrities defended Braun, including Demi Lovato and Justin Bieber.

Taylor Swift announced her intention to re-record her old songs

One of the celebrities who supported Swift was Kelly Clarkson. On Twitter, Clarkson encouraged Swift to re-record his old songs.

"@ Taylorswift13 just a thought, U should go & re-record all the songs that U does not own the masters on exactly how U did them, but put all new art and some sort of incentive for fans to Buy more old versions. I would like to buy all new versions just to prove a point, " she wrote on Twitter.

The day before Lover Published, Swift announced that it plans to re-record five of its old albums by 2020. If it did, the value of older versions of Swift's songs could diminish and Swift would hypothetically take control of his work.

The Braun scooter congratulated Taylor Swift on her new album

Two days after Swift announced plans, Braun congratulated Swift on Twitter for its success with Lover. In the message, Braun was referring to the past differences of the two men.

"No matter what has been said, the truth is that you do not make big bets unless you're a believer and you've always been. Brilliant album with #Lover. Congratulations @ taylorswift13. Support has always been the healthiest option #brilliantalbum#brilliantcampaign bravo, he wrote on Twitter.

The subtleties of Braun towards Swift constitute an interesting development after the quarrel. While some see it as a metaphorical olive extension of Braun, some Swifties see it as fake jokes. After all, Lover By 2019, after only three days, Swift had recorded the largest sales of all first week's albums, and re-recording his old music would reduce the value of Braun's catalog.

"Can we talk about the fact that the lover surpassed all sales of Braun scooter artists in THREE days," wrote a fan on Twitter.

"They rock like … he knows that Taylor will re-register his masters in 2020. His total investment of $ 300 million is now worthless …", wrote another.

A fan replied to Braun's tweet saying, "You will never be able to get amateur masters to continue to drool."
