What Georgia Can Learn from Virginia Basketball

In recent years, Virginia basketball had become known for two things. Dominating the regular season and coming small when it is the most important.

Season after season, the Cavaliers were eliminated in the NCAA tournament. All culminated in 2018, when Virginia became the first seed No. 1 to lose a seed No. 16.

Georgia shared the same sorrow over the past few seasons. The goal was almost to win a national title in 2017, before defeating Alabama. The painful reconciliation factor loses between Alberta and Alabama, and it's easy to see the similarities between the two.

Virginia was the best college basketball team this season and was crowned champion on Monday for her efforts. If Georgia continues to be Georgia, she can become a champion of college football.
