Charles Barkley insisted that his golf game has improved. We’re about to find out as he teams up with Phil Mickelson in a game against Steph Curry and Peyton Manning in Stone Canyon, Arizona.

The solid tee-ball gives Mickelson a try on the green in two. He brings it to the front edge, leaving Barkley with a 90 foot eagle. He sets the offset putt 5 feet from the hole.
Peyton Manning may have just given Charles Barkley a new nickname: The Round Mound of Up and Down.
After Curry misses his birdie, Mickelson converts to even things.

First swing of the day and Charles Barkley sets an iron down the fairway. No, really, he did. “It’s gonna be a long day for those two young guys over there,” Barkley says as he walks to his prom.
Barkley said he had worked hard on his game. And he went all over Tiger Woods with his first swing, without even watching his ball fly. Instead, he immediately leaned down to pick up his tee.
